Vintage cars & limousines

Our guests can undertake a romantic as well as curvy drive through the picturesque Salzkammergut or to Salzburg in one of the hotel's historical automobiles. For an individual nostalgic outing there is a large selection of vintage cars on offer. Whether a vintage Rolls Royce or a modern limousine, with our experienced chauffer service guests can sit back and relax during their ride. Schloss Fuschl is the only hotel in Europe to offer its guests the opportunity to drive these rare vintage cars themselves. Our road guide partner "Classica" will gladly organise exclusive and individual drives in the Salzkammergut region.

Suite Imperial

The spectacular and remarkable "Suite Imperial" is on offer for private events and festivities in an unrivalled setting. In the private, unique ambience our guests can enjoy culinary delights and delectable treats along with black crystal candleholders and an unforgettable view of the lake. The event staff organises every evening exclusively and individually for you. Toques and star cook Thomas M. Walkensteiner and his staff share the passion for cooking and pleasure with our guests. On request one course may be served in the kitchen before being seated at a long table in the Suite Imperial. The Suite Imperial is exclusively bookable for groups.

Castle fishery

On the legendary lake terrace of our multi award winning Schloss Restaurant we serve freshly caught fish from on-site fishery. The whole smoked trout and char from the Fuschlsee are famous within the region and beyond. In order to offer this delicacy on a regular basis as well as outside of the castle kitchen, the fishery has a fish farm with fish for sale at the "Schloss-Ladl" or directly at the fishery. Expert fisherman Gerhard warmly welcomes you to the castle fishery where he spoils our guests with a rustic fish snack.

Art exhibition

In cooperation with the renowned art gallery "Bernheimer Fine Old Masters" a valuable painting collection of Old Masters has been put together which is without precedent in the international hotel industry. The formidable works of the "Schloss Fuschl Collection" are displayed in the public areas as well as in almost all rooms and suites as a unique art exhibition. Living with Old Masters and the art of relaxation combine at Schloss Fuschl into a one-of-a-kind experience. In addition, our Schloss Hotel guests will find exclusive exhibits from the collection of Empress Elisabeth of Austria, rarities from her private estate as well as clips from the famous Sissi films in the carefully arranged Sissi exhibition at Schloss Ladl.
